- Non-returnable items: Certain items are non-returnable such as perishable goods, custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at Broadlight.contact@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Broadlight.contact@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
- Exchange Process: For exchanges, please follow the return instructions. Once the returned item is received, a new item will be sent out to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
- Refunds: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
